The Role:

We are seeking experienced and strategic Managers to oversee our day-to-day operations and drive profitability in conjunction with the existing team to take the bank to the next level. The roles involve developing and executing business strategies, managing budgets, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining strong client relationships. Successful applicants will be instrumental in shaping the future success of our Bank.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and achieve company goals.
• Manage budgets and financial planning to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team.
• Cultivate a positive and dynamic workplace culture that encourages innovation.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and MBA is a plus. Applicant must possess the Microfinance Certification of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of success I operations and financial management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups and foster teamwork.
• Goal-oriented with a strong focus on delivering results.
